I started using this company last year, when they were able to help out a family member at very short notice. As a result of this I have stayed with them and recently had my MOT carried out by them. In all my dealings with them I have found them to be extremely professional, helpful and, just as importantly, friendly. I have always been wary of garages but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is considering using their services.

Brilliant first experience of using Roy Windebank for a service and MOT (after a recommendation) and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was friendly, helpful and smiling which makes a huge difference and a great impression . The best garage I’ve ever used by a country mile. I’ll be back!! Thanks to everyone who helped today and were so pleasant to deal with. Well done all.

I would highly recommend this family run business. I had my Mercedes in for a ‘B’ service after reviewing my options and also asked them to investigate a noise coming from my heating system. Service completed as per requirements and the noise was identified and fixed, I was delighted. When I collected my car and returned the courtesy, I got the opportunity to have short de-brief by the technician that worked on my car , very accommodating. Both Roy and Gen (owners) were so welcoming and this certainly is what ‘Good Looks Like’ , will certainly use again going forward.

I personally like a dealer stamp but don't want to pay dealer repair prices, every single time I have got the quote from the dealer I went to Windebank for a quote and everytime it was less. Best example was a cam belt which was literally half the price and unlike the dealer I got a year's guarantee!

I have limited knowledge on car repairs but all work that's been has never caused me an issue after.

Of course a huge bonus is the free courtesy cars, it's not easy planning day to day without your car but Windebank make it so simple to switch and carry on your day to day.

Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Adam and the team at Roy Windebanks! I called them when my car broke down and recovered to them that day! Despite the part taking a long time to get to them (not their fault) they were so kind and helpful throughout. I go to them for everything and they’ve always been so good!

I always find Adam and team carrying on the Roy Windebank legacy, very efficient, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and competent. I used to deal with Roy and now it is Adam who is wonderful and I never have an issue with him or his team. My little car seems very happy in their care Penny Wesson

I took my car here for the first time recently for a full service and MOT, so impressed with the customer service and honest advice. I then had a separate electrical issue come up a week later and they squeezed me in the next morning, fixing the problem that same day. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be back for all future work.

Once again, Windebanks provided top class service! I took the car we use for our local charity 'Cholsey Volunteers' to have a full service. It was booked in quickly, given a full service and when we collected it, we were informed as we did such a great thing for the village the service was complimentary! I can't thank them enough! Money saved can be put back into buying supplies for our food bank. I cant recommend Windebanks enough!
