Ok, so first of all, WHY DOES PAPA JOHNS CLOSE AT 9:30???? Wafi mall stays open until 10! Bull$h!t! Also, we shoed up at 9:33 and they refused to make us a pizza. Unfriendly employees also!

Very rude staff did not took order 9:15 and all other food stores was accepting the orders only papa johns staff was not taking as per them they are closed already but mall was open and all other stores was open too i called to papa johns for complain and they told me they should take your order last timing is 9:45 but the girl there agnes she was not helping and giving wrong information and lying about they are closed i order from other store and eat in same food court and papa johns was still open they just dont want to serve me maybe

Pasta was the worst I've ever had.I informed Ms. Agnes, one of the staff members, that the pasta wasn't cooked properly, but she insisted there was no problem, as if I were lying.
She plainly doesn't care about her customers or the business as a whole, and I don't believe she understands the responsibilities of her position, which is customer service.
Instead of keeping someone like Ms. Agnes who is overly rude and harsh to the customers, keep someone who can help them with their orders.
Note:Please maintain more employees as there appear to be only 2 people working there, which is the cause of the orders being delayed.

One of the most repulsive and disgusting pasta’s I’ve eaten. It’s burnt yet tastes uncooked and bland with onions and tomatoes randomly everywhere. The bread sticks looked so stale it almost felt like cardboard.

First off, why is there only one person handling the kitchen and the cashier? I don’t want to blame the employee because the management really thought having one person multitask was a good idea. Like how is a regular employee supposed to know anything about food prep?
This experience ruined the image of papa johns for me. The management team of the wafi city branch should seriously be ashamed at how badly they are controlling it. Do better.

Today on September 13 I am writing this review, I've always visited there and loved the taste of Pizza which is one of the best but this lady staff who is there today has always been very rude, when i first encountered her, i just thought maybe she was having a bad day. But NO, every time same behavior. Worst at customer service, not even smiling and not even a simple Thank you while receiving/delivering the order. PAPA JOHNS YOU HAVE TO TRAIN THIS STAFF AS SHE IS PRESENTING YOU.

Come on guys . Is that you call a kids meal chicken strips for 16 Dhs !!!! It's not enough even for my small cat. What......u brought a single (small) strip of chicken and make 3 pieces!!! The funny is that the staff said she give us one extra cause the serving is only 2 ......
