I had a pleasure to purchase a beautiful OMEGA Speedmaster Moonwatch from Atifa, who was literally beyond expectation in her attitude, service level and approach. She is amazing person and I recommend her for any purchase.

Dear readers,

Not only am I disappointed with the lengthy servicing of my limited addition watch, but also they had promised me a new box for the watch at the start. When it came to deliver, the had shocked me by saying that they will not be providing me with a new box for my watch and also put me on the phone with the operation manager that was frankly no suitable for his position. He had started the conversation normally and then when to raising his voice witch I did not find acceptable. I had to then tell him to lower his tone of voice and remind him about customer services ethics. He had then just denied my argument and asked to be put on the line with the agent serving me only for them to disappoint me even more. I have left my watch with the stor and I’m not wanting to pick it up until this Matter is resolved. This not how a customer should be treated and I will be updating my review daily.

I have visited the store twice i am very happy with the service what rivoli provided the staff were very helpful the quality of the product and customer service is excellent. I am very happy one of the staff named (ken george) who assisted me and gave me the best deal.

I really do recommend my friends and family to go and purchase from there.
