I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area.

The location of the hotel was also excellent. It was situated between two metro stations, making it very convenient for me to explore the city. I was able to easily get to all of the major tourist attractions and shopping districts.

Although there was a small problem with the E-Key during my stay, the staff were quick to resolve the issue and ensure that my stay was not impacted. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I just checked out of this hotel and had an amazing experience. The service is so fast and reliable and the staff are super helpful specially Ali !
There was a problem with the E card which was getting disconnected after a few uses and had to do it again manually at the reception but that's ok compared to the service they gave.
We stayed for more than 15 days and also noticed that the breakfast menu doesn't change at all, so disappointed with that.
But overall had a wonderful experience specially because of the convenient location.

Amazing place! Very very clean, staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are superb. Reception staff are super gentle and friendly, esp Ms. Cinetta. Very humble! Hotel Restaurant and it's staff were great. We had 2 dinners there and it was really great.
It only lacks facilities like Swimming pool and gym, otherwise it would be a great 5 Star if those facilities were available.
If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, a very clean place, and closer to different kinds of transportation, malls and restaurants(Asian mostly), then this is a place. Definitely we will come back at some point.
Great work by management! What a super clean place!!! Bravo ????!!

Stayed here for 7 days, the room is neat and well maintained.
The staff is also very co-operative. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish and Ms. Cinetta for the excellent service.
The hotel deserve better star. It's look like as 4 star hotel.

All the way from Cinetta at the reception to every other staff that I encountered in the hotel, they were all a class apart and this will be my best choice for a affordable hotel in Dubai. Absolutely the best choice for families, there is nothing else for this price. Clean and neat like nowhere else (I stayed in 3 other hotels in Dubai), it is perfectly located for food, shopping and connecting to other parts of Dubai. If rooms are available at Al Khoory, don't go anywhere else

Lovely place with great hospitality and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay here. We had a long stay of 16days as due to community congregations.

In the location i must say i find it hard to locate but luckily it was nearby the metro station. Cinetta was very accomodating when it comes to guiding us when checking out. Will recommend this hotel with my friends. :)

It was an awesome experience. The staff were kind and supportive. Definitely recommended. Thanks for mr. Ashish he was helping for my food selection and i trying chicken tikka masala that's was amazing chef making very ????
