very bad experience with staff . today me and my friend came for Thali meals. like other restaurants next to you #DAY FRESH give as meal with any kind off fish ???? free including same price with meals. we order 2 meals and the guy came to us asking Wich fish ???? fry you want. we chose 1 each the at counter then they are telling you have pay separate for fish ???? Wich is not accepted . tell you team how to work inform your customer before eating.

I will never ever step into your restaurant ????

One of the best restaurants in old Dubai for indians for shores must visit this restaurant for indian people the cook have nice experience and quality food I enjoyed a lot ????????

Their Karak chai is good. We ordered Prawns Fry, Chicken Manchow Soup, Appams, Paratha and Cauliflower Manchurian. The food was good. Some of it was a little different from what we expected, but it was good. It's also reasonably priced.

Although it's very near by restaurants to me with limited options for breakfast.
Breakfast is average.
Sometimes, I feel staff is not so professional. Every time I ask for small things such as a spoon , hot water etc .

Hi team Madina,

Here I have a very bad experience from you staff Mr Robbin, 26/04/2023 sharp time 4:06 am, I request via call to Mr Robbin that prepare and keep an order of 2 sandwich and 1 juice. After 20 min I reached your Madina restaurant to collect my order with my family, that time he didn't prepared my order and also Mr Robbin have make me to wait again another 20 min in the restaurant for the order preparation. This is totally unprofessional and irresponsible. But still Its is okay I can understand during night , people have busy or what ever may be he forget. But there is a good manner way to talk or there is a professional way to explain to your customers.

What Mr Robbin had spoken with me yesterday was very unprofessional way use his local language malayalam. I'm a customer, please train your employee ,how to deal with the customers in peak times . I hope Madina have did the perfect training to all you staff. Because other all staffs are in the restaurant they are treated me well,till now as like a customer. I'm regularly ordering form this restaurant. Many orders I have done. Me & my family really love this Burjman Madina restaurant food. Specially it is near to my house.

I don't have any personal problem with this guy. What experience I have that night I have to react because I'm paying my money and I don't want to get embarrassed in the middle of the night. Madina should take a strong action for this for your future business. The person who don't have respect on this job or don't know how to treat clients then it will reflect your whole UAE branches. There is lots off people are searching job daily in this UAE.
Im not going to stop ordering from this restaurant because the authentic taste of your foods. If again happen with Mr Robbin Like this irresponsible manner way then I'm ready to react. You can search your CCTC footage on this day & tis Time

I'm apologize to Team Madina management for this negative review. Should hire new smart guys and give a customer service training for a future business. This is the 1st time I'm giving a negative review for tastee restaurant. Because of this irresponsible Madina restaurant Employee. Even I have now noticed another negative reviews also. That negative reviews also happened in the night time so I'm confirmed that Mr Robbin have did this to many of Potential customers. Management must have instruct to Mr Robbin that he is working in UAE.
Mr Robbin working and communication style like he still working in Kerala.

One of the worst online orders systems and also very poor communication from business to customer.
Sometimes they don't even check and accept order even after it's been placed.

I had recently placed order around 12.50am, and was seen at 1.24am. but the worst scenario is....they didn't even tend to reply and say that if order is accepted or it's a holiday.
Food and stuff is good....but Online ordering system is far worst ????.
Totally Disappointed ????

I have been contacting bright horizon just to book an appointment so I can see the nursery. It's been 4 months! Is this how you treat parents if they have concerns or if there is an emergency?

Fantastic staff, never worried about leaving my children with them. Both children would run in and be so excited to see their friends and the staff.

The staff can’t do enough, they really get to know each child and parents
