I had ordered 5 gallons for home delivery as water was over at home. Waited for more than 1hour since they didn't deliver I called them, they told they will send it immediately.called them again after 1 and half hour they told in 1 min they would send water. they never sent water after waiting for more than 2 hours I had cancelled order since it was late night. Such a unprofessional supermarket if you can't send water tell directly will order from some other place. Nobody calls night for water if it's not necessary .will never order or buy anything from them.

A big super market having so many products of different categories in it for some specific products price is ok but there are things that are very expensive that the market price and some things were not displayed properly and they are not having so many counters so you have to wait a bit for payment. The staff is polite and helpful you can go shop any thing you need with good price.

There are very unprofessional staff never want to visit again yesterday I buy groceries from this supermarket AED 92.34 I paid through my debit card Bank of Baroda but some technical issue was there in the bank yesterday payment was declined so I was returning the groceries back to there staff then they are telling no you have to pay the payment we will not take back to grocery and they took my EMIRATES I'd and told me bring the payment and take your card and grocery I am keeping with me when you will bring the cash I will give the card and your grocery stuff .....never want to visit again

Best supermarket in that area with good collections. Fresh vegetables is an attractive. They are providing some good promotions on weekends. It’s located near to fahidi metrostation. Should keep price tag for all product.

Good market in this area, weekend you can get some offers on vegetables and other items. Basically good for grocery and vegetables, not for other items. Its open 24 hours from 1st day of Ramadan
This market's name is changed as Faaz supermarket and its 24 hrs operational now

A convenient place to get groceries when I go for my evening walks. Decent collection of Indian food stuffs. I like their collection of breads and bakery products.
Edit: Cashiers are friendly and one of them gave my crying toddler a chocolate to calm her and it worked.

Best supermarket in that area with good collections. Fresh vegetables is an attractive. They are providing some good promotions on weekends. Dont miss the weekend offers. It helps consumer to save a lot of money. It’s located little far to fahidi metrostation. The same brand is also named as FAAZ supermarket.
