I love the location and the bundle of their sales is really worth and amazing products on sale, and customers can buy a bundle of offers that out of worries it will be expired soon. I love the customer service too all of them they are respectful and friendly. Kept up all the good works guy we loves you♥️♥️????????????

Everything is fine But most of time when I visite floor most of times is wet and not cautions for Wet floor even I was going fell down one time when I inform staff they just ignore.

It’s one of popular super market in this area Naif Road locating famous West Hotel Building. Special Display for Fish, Meet and Fresh Fruits and vegetables, Biscuits, Chocolate, Bakery items packed foods, many kids of Rice and flour items, pampers, Shampoos, Milk and Diary products, etc

Bad experience to the cashier who is on duty at MAY 6 10.55PM. The cashier ask me if have small bills but I already inform her that I don't have so I ask her if she have change and she said yes but she refuse to punch my order and telling to me that she canno't give me a change since she's using that to the other. So I decide not to buy and go to other supermarket. Very bad experience and not a professional staff to the customers.

Very bad and unethical behaviour of manager name seraaj.. I dont believe such peoples are working in Al madina on high positions..
