Highly unprofessional and arrogant. Does not respect the time of resident and make them wait forever. They will make you feel that you are on their mercy. I wish there was an option for negative rating. Dubai government is one of the best in terms of government services in the world but this department (Amer that too specific Rigga branch ) is certainly not living up to government’s vision.

May Allah bless the Pakistani guys counter no. 29, and first left and also Phillipino guy in Middle at the reception helped me very nicely for my issue of linking my Emirates id and labour card for job insurance thing.
THEY were so clear and smart with communication thing that I nearly had to speak for seconds to explain the problem unlike to "Ke.... ians" as usual for hours at Amer center of Business Village for ofcz no point as always.
I can't imagine if I had to visit one more Amer center with same folks with impossible linguistic and communication issues.

Not recommended. Very slow service. 1 counter working only so expect to wait for your turn minimum 1 hour.

First time mistake ????????
Second time system to pay down ????????
3rd time, again system down can't pay come back later or tomorrow, what are you serious??
4rd again system down can't pay , not our problem you have to come back ????

Seriously guys, this system is to assist us not delays us correct?

Please buy new gear or update your system we are on 2022, not the stone age anymore

I wish there was an option for a 0-star rating. The staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. I regret heading there for my family visa, wasted my time and money. Especially lady named Mariyam is extremely arrogant and looked like she is doing some favor. Ended up paying 3xtimes for a visa due to her negligence & supervisor of this branch all he had was apologies on behalf of his staff. Please visit any other AMER branch if you wish to deal with professionals and get your process done on time.

Never process any document with these people. They are very unreliable. We have been waiting for my baby's emirates ID and we received it with wrong photo. How can you even trust them if they cannot even do a basic job such as cross checking documents? Very incompetent and unprofessional. Never again

They are taking too much time to attend customers....I reached 10am and only 2 customer is there but they called my number at 11:30am...so many counters r there but only 3 or 4 people working rest all r empty...
