I ordered my food 1 hr 30mins before and got the estimate timing 10-20 mins I reside in the same building. After reminding them for 2 time I finally got my delivery. And then I found my food completely freezing it seems like it was kept for long time after cooked. So Dear Team hot shay if you can’t satisfy your costumers so please don’t waste their time and money simply reject our orders so we can hunt some worthy restaurant.

Probably one of the worst customer service oriented people. They talk and behave as they please and not take responsibility for their actions.

Also most of the fried foods are done with used oils as we can definitely taste the after burn.

I hope if the Owner sees this, he take proper actions in taking good staffs and give proper training. Maybe the scale of the biz is low but you always build business on providing good and consistent customer relationship.

Totally disappointed with Hot Shay and will never ever definitely recommend this brand to any of my friends or colleagues.

For future custom : TAKE AN ACIDITY PILL BEFORE EATING FROM THERE.

Worse place disgusting staff a Pakistani staff he abused me and my father is that is the way to treat a customer must take action agents the staff I wanna get number of the owner or manager it’s really serious matter
