If you are a big eater, you can order the 8pcs chicken for 2 to 3 people. Tried their best seller chicken flavors and it is really nice. Fast service and nice staffs too ☺ loved the ambiance as well. Will surely comeback to try other food ☺

They wont send replacements and i have to send an email to Radyes to get a refund. They serve raw chicken. Be warned and check your food before taking that bite - no one wants Salmonella

UPDATE: I received a call from a manager (i dont know who) about my complaint. The oddest complaint handling job -

Excuses: apparently certain frozen chickens in UAE are expected to be pink after being cooked and how chickens are cooked whether pinkish or well done is a thing by preferences - unheard of!

Advice: was given an unsolicited personal advice on how I should provide my feedback as livelihood and business is at stake here - I was told I should have given them more chance to make it up to me and wait for a manager to call me before posting an online feedback - straight up serious. For the record, before posting this online review, I called the store and shared images of the food, I was told they cannot send a replacement because they do not have a driver and if I want a refund, I have to email someone - for a case of serving uncooked raw food this isnt the way to handle it. and just to highlight - this so called manager would not have called me if this feedback wasnt posted online.

Complaints Handling: Serious customer service training - way to deescalate a situation - giving excuses and providing unsolicited advice - on a positive note, whoever called me on follow up 'acknowledged' and 'understands' where I am coming from at 9:15 PM

End note, they insisted I get a refund which I refused anyway - so far as of this writing, still no refund

Delightful Korean Fried Chicken!!

I've wanted to have fried chicken with spicy tangy red powder with a painful longing for quite some time now, this place satisfies this craving just fine..

I've tried the Snow Chilli (spicy red powder), the Double Freaking Hot, and the Garlic flavours; I love the first two and don't hate the last one (although it's a bit too strong and slightly odd for me).

The Double Freaking Hot is the most ???? one, the sauce coating the chicken mixes well with the rice they serve you in the meals..

I love the overall taste and experience of Nene's but I do wish that the size of the chicken pieces was bigger.

Thoroughly enjoyable, I'm excited to try the other flavours and introduce my friends and family to this as well!

Really good korean fried chicken especially if you're craving - highly recommend ordering on deliveroo and eating it with a cold glass of beer.

i really enjoyed the flavors: snow cheese and snow bulgogi. make sure to check if you want to get boneless or not.

the sweet potatoes fries were good too. they might seem like there's not much but its easy to over order.

they also provide chicken moo (pickled radish) but it didn't taste very authentic.

the boneless chicken gets dry quickly so eat while warm

Cozy ambiance and great service! Affordable flavored chicken in town. Amongst of all the flavors, I really like the Bulgogi Soy Chicken. It really taste good. Hopefully, they will partner with Zomato for online delivery. They just open a new branch located beside Mall of Emirates in front of CityMax hotel. I give them a 5 star rating!

I am giving 4 stars for the food, however the service I will rate 3 stars, we were served a long time. We went here 3x already and it was always a long wait and had inconsistent information from the servers. They do not have the garlic chicken btw. I will still come back for the food, even if I wait for a long time because it’s that good.

In Dubai you can find so many different kinds of fried chicken restaurants apart from KFC. This NeNe chicken is also one them. There is no vividly unique or special trait about this fried chicken but its crispyness of chicken is something irresistible for those chicken lovers!
