Very very bad service.
I m from south africa.
I always buy there products. Also came and bought on 21 may.
I bought lemon almonds which got rotten in 1 month.
Now I came back and showed them these almonds. They didn't want to return or exchange bcuz I came after 2 months.
They it must be return in 14 days. That means I must buy 5000 dhs ticket just to come and return 1kg almonds.
Shame for rifai nuts.
I will never come and buy and I suggest no one should buy becuz they can also treat u same.

I stopped shopping from Al Rifai Roastery after a very bad unpleasant happened to me a few day ago in their Ibn Battuta Mall Branch. I bought "Baru Roasted nuts" which were extremely hard and nonedible.

Unfortunately, I broke my tooth as soon as I started eating the first piece. I showed the staff the broken part of my tooth who strangely said “ it is better sir not to buy these nuts next time”

What is even worse is that I emailed Al Rifai Roastery Customer Service about the nightmare experience. They didn't bother writing back and ignored my email, which shows a very unprofessional attitude from their part. Does not recommend at all.

Very bad attitude from your staff in city center meaisem, they should not deal with human as they are very bad to reply to the customer, I suggest first before teach them how to work you should teach them how to talk to the human’s
