I recently done few bedroom from this shop, they had done great job on wall headbaord and standing beds, I like their customization and prices are reasonable with better quality. I strongly recommend to visit festival city branch before you make any decision on upholstery beds, mattress and sofas.

Me and my partner went to the shop to purchase a mattress. After long time at the shop trying, we finally chose one. Our sales person rest assured us if the mattress was not to our likening we could exchange for as many mattresses as possible until we get it right. The mattress got delivered later than expected and with a composition completely different from what we expected. We chose medium soft, they delivered the hardest mattress I ever tried, after about 9 calls to customer service they came to collected. We went to the shop again, we paid even more to upgrade for a better mattress, same experience, they delivered a completely different mattress from what we chose on the shop. In the shop they have well written, all mattress are free to exchange within 60 days. We have tried to exchange those mattress as once more they delivered something different, they denied us, they won’t exchange, they won’t refund us our money and they even said if we want to do a formal complaint. Basically we have been with a bed for TWO months without a mattress, they delivered different items from what they display in the shop, they have very poor customer service, once they have your money they declare their own terms and conditions to protect themselves and not the customer. Extremely disappointed as I thought very highly from this brand but right now, we don’t have either our money or a mattress. Please avoid this brand if you would like to avoid further disappointments.

First purchase from Royal Furniture and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new dining room table. The quality exceeded all my expectations. I was also super impressed with the delivery and assembly team: they were polite, so well-presented and had everything done and in place for me in no time. They wore gloves and shoe covers unpacked the piece outside in the hall before coming into my apartment and removed all of the large packaging for me when leaving. I’ll be shopping here again for sure!!!

I bought a mattress in this company and after less than 1 year the mattress has lost his shape and gave me very bad back pain.
I have sent to warranty as it was 5 years warranty. they were supposed to repair the mattress within 4/5 days but they kept the mattress during 2 weeks. when i received back the mattress, it was very dirty due to their storage conditions and they didn't take time to clean it.
I don't recommend at all to purchase anything from this company due to the poor quality of their product and the very bad customer service!!

Royal Furniture festival City is a fantastic furniture and home furnishings store that offers a wide range of products to suit any budget and style. The store is well-organized and easy making it simple to find what you're looking for. Especially sofas, beds and mattresses ..The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they are always happy to answer any questions and help customers make the best purchase decisions.

I bought a product from them and just couple of days after it was delivered to my house, I noticed defects signs. They had to take the product back to fixing couple of times for few days. Very annoying and inconvenient process, and despite that customer service service recovery in any form of compensation. There too priority is to avoid this and to repair the defects. Be very careful when buying online as the product specifications were little different, my advise is to try and check the product specifications at their showroom before buying it. Overall not good experience and very disappointing.
