Not happy with the service..
No one respond on calls.
No one revert on emails.
There is error in transcation from exchange side or bank. A person must visit again to findout what's hapenning.

Other staffs are very professional and friendly. Service is also very fast & excellent but one staff named (Sukannya Bose) was very rude and demeaning towards me.This particular staff needs a training on what customer service and good manner means.

I have wonderful experience with Al Rostamani exchange - Al
Nahda branch for past several years. The team is polite, and dynamic in terms of responsiveness. They serve the customers with care, and address all the concerns. The Al Nahda branch Manager is Mr. Ali - drives the team and the branch with leadership skills. Mr. Ali solves any issues and take quick decisions with no matter of time. The security guard always welcomes me with smile and kind hearted. All together Mr. Ali, team and the branch performs well to meet the customer requirements.

Very bad experience!!! Every time I’m sending money there’s some issue,
I have to comeback several times to just fix the issue!!!
Especially with one cashier named Sarah Jane Baquilod!!!
Very rude!!!!
