I bought lays combo pack last night from westzone supermarket next to nmc alnahda branch there was some qualiy issue and smell was coming even though when i informed him so they said they can not able to change because company will not take return for open pack but if its not my fault so why i can bear this its not a big amount but its happened 1 more time when i purchased milk bottle same time i complained that time also they said sealed is open

This supermarket sells bad/off fresh chicken. The portions of chicken I purchased had a bad odour and stench. These supermarkets need to have random checks by the health authorities. It's not legal to sell bad produce. Disgusting !!
On another incident the Indian lady working at the till was rude, and clicked her tongue at me!!! If you think you are too good for my business, fine you won't get it!!!

Very bad u order and u pay online and u get call always no items available why dont u remove it then from the app???? And too much talking to calvulate the price again and delivery always dosent have change very bad

Very bad service. None answers calls i call more than 15 times in 1 hour now. Call was regarding delivery of goods bought from them before 1 hour and requested for delivery (went to shop and purchased) no one cares of customers only in this branch. I was a regular customer of westzone and no more from today.
