This branch offers you the most delicious pizza as compared to other outlets. The crust is soft. The sauces combination are delicious. Staff is very friendly. My child even had a pizza making class in this branch. She was handled really nicely and with care. She enjoyed the class.

The staff are great and friendly mostly and food is ok. But please renovate your bathrooms they're terrible. They need to be renewed. Start by putting a proper light is fight the insects and full of those. I do think it is being cleaned daily but the seats themselves are very old and floor needs deep cleaning. This is the reason I prefer pick up rather than a family dinner out at this branch. It should seriously be considered bathroom are terrible and scary

I placed the order gave the amount and said I am waiting in car , showed the car to the reception guy who did the billing . He said sir waiting time is 10 mins . It was more then 20 mins I approached them again and asked is the order ready . And my order was ready long time back which was kept aside . I said to them the pizza is cold , if you are not sure that you can give it in car , please inform the client . The person who handed over the parcel showed that he is doing favour by giving pizza. Pizza quality is good nice , but staff attitude is not right. We had to have cold pizza by the time I reached home .

We had visited recently......restaurant was empty....we were looking for some good offer which was advised by Mr.ziad that take benefit of online offer.....we agreed and order was placed for 2 vegetarian pizza (one with paneer).we were happily enjoying moments.....pizza arrived and we noticed........! We started yo have portion of it...........later on realized that there are no olives..while checking with staff member they identified that it was chicken in pizza.......As a pure vegetarian person,we couldn't identify it......this was really embarrassing......oddity manager initially bold that you only identified after eating two portion.....why you not checked initial stage.......I repeated to her that being a vegetarian person we couldn't identified it....later on person who ordered he apologized but our over all experience was totally bad......even they served other vegetarian pizza as per actual order.....that couldn't bring the actual joy.........management must acknowledge these kind of mismanagement........such a bad experience.......no meet n greet or welcoming as well....be careful for other pizza lovers......

Best gateway for a quick lunch/dinner with waiting time up to 15 minutes and highlighted through a television stating your order status. I ordered Dynamite and chicken tikka pizza and the taste was good with the original crust.

Veggie feast pizza is good, their combo of one small pizza ,one soft drink & 1 plate potato wedges/ garlic bread is value for money nd if you are not very hungry it is more than enough for two ppl .

Just their ambience is little dull.

Worst of shipping and fulfillment service ever! Our company lost almost $50k because they missed the shipping time for FBA warehouse pick up, then hold our goods hostage not release because their incompetent employees mess-up. Save yourselves, never use their service.

Have worked with Regional Express for a few years now and cannot fault their service. Have navigated the complexities of shipping into the EU with us (post-Brexit) and worked with us every step of the way. not only supporting us with the paperwork side but also some awkward shipments that caused a few headaches I'm sure.
If you ever have the pleasure of speaking with Pete you'll know he will do a good job and he will look after you every step of the way. thanks very much Pete!

THE WORST shipping company. Their policies are terrible, and their staff are unresponsive, not helpful and doesn't communicate properly. The shipment transition takes months. Just the worst experience. Posting this review so no one experiences their terrible services again.

Regional Express is meanwhile probably number one of the worst suppliers I have. We're importing containers from India, let them do the customs handling, unloading, storing them in their warehouse and sending the pallets to Amazon.
- Emails take in average days to be answered
- Shipping orders are fulfilled in average with 1-2 weeks of delay
- Price table is misused intensively. Need an example: Order was given to send four pallets to Amazon. Took a week to until we got an answer with questions, answered immediately but they needed "to come back asap". Didnt ship because of "outstanding due payments". They were paid but they have allocated them wrongly. To make a long story short; shipment slot missed. They needed to re-label and we paid more than 900.00 GBP for four pallets to be shipped to AMZ. Szill they say that "the pricing is in line with our price table".

After selling out current inventory I will look for someone else in the UK

Package from DPD was not delivered and I was told to contact Regional Express. They were very helpful on the phone and arranged for my purchase to be dispatched again with next day delivery. It was horrifically busy due to Christmas and postal strikes and they really couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

This company ripped us off.
Do not trust them. What they offer you. Last month they got the domestic delivery fee from the forwarder. Then, they demanded domestic delivery and a fuel surcharge from me as if they needed that to book the delivery. And promised me that “if we get the money from the forwarder, we will refund you money. But we need to book deilivery right now. Otherwise, you will pay demurrage”. I warned them not to book. Because the demurrage fee would be cheaper than the cancellation.
After the delivery, they refused to refund our payment. They claimed that they couldn’t cancel the booking in time. Despite my instruction not to book.?!
Now they’re refusing to provide the cancelled booking documents nor refund our money.
Simply, we’ve been scammed by them.
Be careful.
