I was a staff of Dubai Oriental stores 2008-2010, During my work I had watched there were no serial numbers in Invoice the sales Manager of that Time Mr Nazim and his Colleagues were looting the company, they give customers 10% discount and later make another Invoice with 20% for company reference the rest 10% will go to their pocket., no invoice serial numbers so they get privilege use that invoice unlimited , Oriental Stores no Provide Good Salary No keep Human right in work environment, my duty was from morning 11am to 3 pm and 6pm to 9pm this that manager developed idea this my 3 hours wasting outside for nothing if It was continues 8 hours duty I would have back home rest, my residing place and work place also around 1 and half hours far so me was not able to back home rest, they was searching way to suffer employees more than searching booming the business, also the manager was not academically qualified he become manager as directors own interest nominee as a toy also if any qualified people come for work he discourage from beginning. the consequence Rado Company itself entrusted Rado Watch dealership to Rivoli also in UAE, No wonder because whoever work In Oriental Stores can Identify they were not eligible to carry such Big Brand like Rado, Because they also no provide good wages according to Rado luxury international standard, Good decision By Rado Swiss Company for choose another well management company Like Rivoli for your dealership.
