To Altayer:

Hi

I would like to show my utter dismay at the service provided by your team in arranging the trip I have to Georgia,
this shows totally how inexperienced your team is and provided no added value to my trip.
As a busy person I have entrusted your company with planning a visit to gorgia with my parents who are elderly (in their 70s and 80s) which I made clear to your agent that I require an easy trip for them and a comfortable one.
Let me break it down in multiple elements:

1- Hotel reservations:
a. Day 1, Hotel in tblisi was in a central location however there was street musicians directly under the hotel. Which was extremely loud and played well until midnight. No one could sleep. And even when we transferred to a higher floor we could still hear them. I was told that the hotel was paid for so we couldn’t change it. (which I later found out was not true).
b. Day 2 in marco polo hotel Gudauri, the initial plan from the agent was to spend 2 nights there when I questioned what is there to do I didn’t get a proper answer so I requested one day and I’m glade I did, for the following reasons
i. We only got one room although I asked for 2
ii. The hotel was extremely old and nothing worked properly (TV wasn’t working in the room and they didn’t send anyone to help)
iii. There was no activities around
iv. The ski lift was not operational
v. The spa was no operational.
vi. There was no city close by or anything to be done close to where we are not even a park or any nice areas we can go to.
c. Day 3: onwards
i. We arrived in tblisi again after a long journey being tired and we were told that we cant go to the room as the agent has not paid for the room. Now imagine an 81 year old man having being stranded waiting. They also mentioned that you have not been responding to them. I had to call the agent myself to rectify the matter
ii. The hotel staff as well were unhelpful suggesting anything for us to do on the free day.
2- Transportation and guidance:
a. The guide that was provided was merely a driver. He has no conversational skills or any information about anything in the city, he was also very blunt and not friendly.
b. The guide couldn’t suggest any restaurant or any location to be going to. I have to do everything myself
c. The driver was extremely reckless I was worried about my parent’s safety the entire time. He kept overtaking and almost hitting ongoing traffic which left us in a very scared and on edge the entire time
d. we paid for the driver for the entire period (minus on rest day) however the driver basically only dropped us on the first day to the hotel and to the airport for the last day. So technically we had the driver for 3 days only and then just 2-3 hours for drop off on the travel days.
3- Others
a. We go the SIM card the second day as the driver forgot it on the first day
b. Even though I mentioned that my parents are old all the site seeing suggestions required walks uphill which I could not have guessed I expected the travel agent to understand this and suggest a better plan. We ended up not going to a lot of the attraction as my family couldn’t do the walks.
c. Reiterating that there was no guide. the driver should be able to at least give basic information about the area which he wasn’t able to do.
d. The agent didn’t share a detailed list of charges. I asked for it multiple time which he didn’t provide at all.
There is no value provided by Altayer in arranging this trip. I could have easily booked the hotels, flight and driver myself. And it would have been cheaper that getting your services hence I don’t see any value, this was possibly the worst trip I had.

If you own a ford it is the most reliable place to fix and maintain your car. You might pay slightly more but it is worth every dirham. Very good service and fast.

They close the phone without saying anything except hello, and then when I called them again they did not answer

We travelled to Turkey for 9 days in November 2021 and the trip was all in all wonderful.

Ms. Revathy Williams helped set up all details and everything worked like clockwork. From multiple Intercity transfers, to hotel bookings, to planning out each sightseeing, everything was hassle free and perfect!

Honest and very responsible person .a Pakistani guy who guided me and told me I'd better apply on my own .i recommend this honest person .

It has been a year and a half since the pandemic and we had been so involved in our daily routine and have been unable to plan any trip due to the uncertainty that came along with the pandemic. We therefore want to take this opportunity to genuinely thank Revathy and Al Tayer
Tourism for all the effort put into planning our trip to Jordan, creating a beautiful travel experience and making this work for us.

We would also like to thank Revathy again, for being patient, showing continuous support through the process of us jumping from one destination and itinerary to another until we finally picked one location, and for always being available when needed.

How can u book with this company when no one answers your phone. The recording comes on ..tells u their agents are busy n u can leave a message..but hey! Surprise... the call just ends. Abruptly.

Never ever book anything from them. Booked my Eurorail tickets with them in March. But due to COVID-19 trip was canceled. Till date chasing them for refund. Don’t know if this company exists or not. As per them they themselves don’t know who to contact for refund. For six months they where trying with Italy for refund and now with USA. God know if they are telling truth or using our money to run business.
