Leading banking group in UAE... They have more number of ATMs in UAE... As most of the banks they donot provide only atm machine, they go for CDM machines in most cases... Search around you for ATM/CDM, you will find it and that's their guarantee...
In this branch they have good staffs....

Hi everyone one
Customer care service is very worst ,I tried to withdrawal amount in ATM,but cash not received from the machine on 06/06/2022 ,since June 6 th I trying to reach the customer care in all way by call ,email, complaints through the app Also.i am receiving only the automatically reply from the bank until now no call nothing .it's unfair and very worst service.

most frustrating ATM device. touch screen does not work. almost had to punch the screen with my fist to get the money withdrawal

خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا و غير لائقة بالبنك.
للأسف عرضوا عليا خدمات التأمين علي الحياة و المفروض يبعتوا الاوراق خلال ١٠ ايام سحبوا قيمة الاشتراك و بعدها مفيش اي اجراء.
اتصلت و الغيت التأمين و المفروض يسترجع المبلغ فورا قالوا بعد ٢٠ يوم عمل.
الاسوء من ده أنه تم خصم مبلغ الاشتراك كمان بعد الإلغاء.
مفيش ادني اهتمام بيفضلوا يشرحوا في إيجابيات غير موجوده بالاضافه أن السلبيات كتيره جدا.
