Authentic Saudi fried chicken and burgers. The quality has dropped a bit though. Overall good experience as its value for money.

Cheap but not the best.
I would like to rate their offerings as follows which i already tried.
1. Nuggets meal - cheap but doesn’t taste good, it was more juicier side that it should be.
2. Broasted chicken meal - it was much at heavier side for 15 aed, but doesn’t taste good, it was more salty but not spicy at all.
3. Double baik - this is the best item you would get from al baik, the taste was good and cheap too.
4. Big baik with cheese - the size was very good, but it doesn’t taste good, and the size is too big, so that you may feel difficulty to bite it.

A nice and good quality food is offered here. I saw their service is very fast and they deal good with customers. The food is tasty and better than many fast foods in the Middle East. The best thing I like here is their garlic sauce which is a must try. This sauce good be the reason I like Al Baik.

Albaik food quality can't be compared with any fast food brand. The spicy chicken nuggets meal is value for money and so delicious. The food is fresh and really satisfying. The restaurant is super organised when it comes to ordering. Definitely will order it again and will try different meals as well.

We love Al Baik! They have so many delicious food options. The nuggets are the best, they taste good with the garlic sauce. The servings are big too.

all their meals are super tasty and tummy filling.
Love their spicy chicken nuggets and double chicken burger!
Its not always a quick snack option because of the waiting time.
Well Recommended!

Finally I get to have my hands on the famous, much hyped, sought after " Al Baik". And let me tell you it's all worth it.
Each layer of chicken is immersed in flavor , color and taste and it completely satisfies your senses.
It's on the lines of KFC style chicken but it's far better in taste and preperation.
Every layer inside has a flavor , how do they manage to do that I don't know.
It's very pocket friendly, good portions in small amount.
The only issue with this place is constant queues for orders and pick up.
It's in food court of Dubai mall so can't expect exclusive seating and no comments on ambiance.
The only thing that can take me back to it is good and it's all worth the time effort.
Amazing is the word for it just thoroughly lip smacking.

Best fried chicken ever. Tried chicken nuggets, fish nuggets & chicken sandwich and they were some of the juiciest fried chicken we have ever had. It was a long queue but worth waiting.

Be it Saudia arabia or dubai, the taste is same. Must try.

It's okay when it's quite could be better organised when the ships come into port usually a good couple of hours to get out .

First class service very busy Dock just off the A63 king george dock. We'll signposted clear instructions as to where to go. Staff friendly and professional facilities OK. Covid aware and rules enforced mask worn A one way system in operation

Quick control at the check-in gates. Not much waiting time. Lorry needs to be park up in reverse in the lower decks. Not big traffic in here. Overall all good ????

Not a lot of clear signage so a bit confused we're to go so it took a very long time and stressed time

Booking in staff are friendly enough but I wished they'd give you box reference location as it takes ages if not to find your container,especially on nights when lighting isn't the best

Grumpy machine operators too they moan when you turn up at 8pm and your not told where your container is located so can take awhile to find it

Do drivers and your machine operators a favour! Start giving us box pick up locations
