Very good coffee, the lotus cheesecake tart was hood too. The cafe is located in Shoe Level, near men’s shoes.

A great coffee place in the middle of level shoes.. Rather than having tantrums while waiting to your partner which bags/shoes they will buy, you can just run here to relax. Haha.

The cheesecake was a top notch!!! I have no words, it was sooo good.

Nice , Cousy and very convenient open cafe with reasonable choice of different aromatic taste and flavors, perfect choice of sweets , a lot of different varieties.
Service is excellent and staff are extremely polite .
Will certainly come back , definitely recommended.

Drop Coffee - It’s one of the most delicious quiet Coffee inside Level Shoes at The Dubai Mall. You can taste your favorite coffee or cappuccino together a chocolate tart slice. We recommend it ????

Staff is so unprofessional and impolite. And lacking basic customer service skills. The downfall of this place is the staff honestly. Coffee is not that great just the seating area in Level which makes it convenient to sit in.
