It took them 1hr and 45mins to deliver the items. I placed the order at 11:52pm and I received it around 1:37pm. I also noticed that the timestamp printed on the receipt is 1:08pm, which means, they only processed my order after I followed up with them at 12:49pm.

Having said that, they either forgot about my order or there's no delivery guy available during that time. Since they did not inform me about the availability of their delivery guys, I'm definitely sure that they forgot about my order.

@Allday Fresh, you should be transparent with your customer. Inform them if there's a delay and apologize. I didn't even receive any apologies from your side, which is a sign of bad customer service.

The neighborhood grocery store. They provide home delivery without any charges within half an hour to the nearby apartments. They have good offer on vegetables and fruits on Wednesday.

It is very good to buy from here. They quality stuff and staff can be seen here. Quality and service is the prioiry here. It looks small but everything is available. The fruits and vegetables are kept all day fresh, as their name.
Amazing. Make sure to visit there.
