Last 7 years using this place to do my grocery and now I’m really disappointed with the staff who’s working there not like the old staff who worked there.

There are many other supermarkets around this JVC I still going to ALL DAY because of the good products there have but now the way there deliver those to costumers are very POOR

Please this ALL DAY Management have to look after this otherwise gonna lose many customers with this competition

When you Oder something from you guys it takes More then 1 hour to deliver its keep happening back to back I’m buy every day something more then up to 20aed and not even far away from my house but still there don’t give any value so I can imagine for others

Feel sorry for your company.

Hoping there will be changes ????????

Worst delivery service ever! Takes more than a hour to deliver an item to a building opposite the shop. Delivery guys shows up very late in the night and rings the door bell, disturbing the kids at sleep. Zero service ethics and only cares about money!

Very lackadaisical people when it comes to deliveries. They take as long as 90 minutes for deliveries very frequently and never tell you beforehand when they are going to take abnormally longer time and instead keep saying "he has left, is on the way". They alter the package quantity, variants, brands, drop a few items from ordered list, etc even without asking you many a times, sometimes even impacting the expenses of the customers. And then also pretend that they haven't done anything wrong. Very frustrating and irritating bunch of grocery delivery people.

because they are Cheating customers by puting less prices on instashop application
THEN deduct high prices from customer cards without any perior permission !!!!!!!

NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN UNTILL THEY STOP THIS KIND OF CHEATING
