The place is good overall, and doctors here are helpful and understanding. But to be very honest I wanted to put my review here especially because of the nice treatment of the receptionist Mr Mondeeb
He was very polite with everyone, understanding that people are here because they are sick and don't need another issue on top of their worries.
I wish more staff are just like him everywhere ????????????

I called 9:39am to check what time the pediatrician will be in and he said till 7pm, he asked if I want to make a booking, I told him I will come directly because we just usually come over without booking.

Around 12:45 when we arrived at the clinic and that’s the only time I came to know that the pediatrician will arrive by 2pm. So I asked for the option to see the GP, maybe he can help. So my daughter was seen by the GP, and he said my daughter is normal, without touching her and he told me to get a 2nd opinion from the pediatrician.

I went to reception again to tell him what the GP told us and the rude receptionist told me that available slot is 4pm. I was in shocked as he’s serious that he’s asking us to wait from almost 1pm till 4pm.

I told him that he should have told me over the phone and the moment I reached the clinic. I don’t know if he’s really a receptionist as he don’t have any qualities of being a receptionist.

Considering that the patient is a baby so I don’t know why he don’t have a bit of empathy.

Me and my sister went to this worst clinic that i have seen. And believe me the recetionist guy named ROHED was the worst front desk staff that i have met in my entire life. He was so rude and i am pretty sure that he was not trained to become in front desk.

Big thank to Dr. Vimla Bai. She did root canal treatment and filling. I was suffering from severe pain and she helped me a lot. She was very caring and attentive, very professional and she made sure that my issue is sorted 100%. She is my dentist now.

The customer service is horrible. Cleanliness is an issue. Ac doesn work. There’s some sort of smell in the clinic.

It’s been two days and I still haven’t received my blood test report. They informed me that the server is down and they expect me to call them to follow up for my report. I asked him don’t you have my contact details to inform me when the report is ready.. and they be like no we don’t have your details. Wow! I can’t argue anymore.

Lesson learnt guys. I’m never coming back and I’m going to tell everyone I know to never consider going to this clinic. Shame

The staff are really kind and helpful. They've been very helpful with my dressing for a week. They made me very comfortable and I'd definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with this JVC branch. From the second I entered, I was taken care of. Waiting time was minimum and the reception staff were very quick and active as was the doctor. Specially for seeking insurance approval, guidance etc these two boy, Krish and Mandeep were excellent. Great work. Thanku

Dear sir,

We were calling before calling your number was not working. We checked at Google map and it was showing open. We reached at 3:37 pm on today 1 Dec 2022. It was closed and we waited until 5pm.

We request that if have time change please also change in Google also. We came with references of Google map. It was showing 9am to approx 10pm.

Adding more
09 December, we contacted to male receptionist and 2:15 pm that he inform me that doctor ABCD was not available due to shift change. Can come at 3 pm, we reached at 2:50 pm and Doctor Ayesha was there. Due to Reception, We waited for another doctor and same time doctor ABCD was there that we needed

It is not good because reception will manipulate timing. Patient are feel better to exam same doctor in follow up and we don’t want to repeat history to another doctor.
