The best little supermarket easily. Well, stocked and nice and clean. The staff are excellent, polite and always helpful. It’s a pleasure to shop there ????

Very clean store, whatever items we ask for is always available and the store manager Santosh is a very kind person. Staff management and customer service is at the top always. The staff is quick to help the minute you enter the store.

Hi ! Almaya Escan tower .
The Store is clean and neat ! They have quality products also , even its costly but the customer service is great ????. I'm enjoying my shopping in this store . The manager is approachable . And the staffs are kind and helpful, I really appreciate their service . And one more thing , there's one woman that I appreciate more , that cashier named Jin . She's very friendly at all the customers not only me of course . She's very hard working , I've always seen her everywhere in the store , she's in the vegetables and fruits area , cleaning and displaying the items , in the bread and chips area , arranging and many more to mention . She's like a robot , and I asked her why you work hard and she answered me , if you love ur work , you will work hard for it . Then smiled . I liked her spirit . Keep it up other staffs . ???? Manager please keep her! She's very good at giving customers a good Day!

Its small supermarket neat and clean...they also offers good deals....not too much variety but you get every basic thing from there. They keep good things in offer bundle packs small but you get eveything you need,. Staff is very helpful Especially to Ms.Jin keep it up ????

Al Maya Escan Tower in Marina , it’s a great store to our day to day groceries. the whole store staffs are so supportive and customer centric. Happy to be a customer of Al maya

Totally overpriced store. For example dessert which I bought in VIVA is 6 dirhams, in this particular Almaya it's 10.6 dirhams, almost double priced!!! Zero customers service, quite dirty place. Everyone's chilling, beating around the bush, nobody can see their costumers. Whoever run this store, better resign immediately, cause you are the shame and miserable person of society.

To warn customers.
On December 22, 2022, at around 8am, i bought in this supermarket a Country Crisps. When i opened it in a 20 minutes later, i found out lots of worms inside the box. I brought it back immediately to the market and asked to call manager to show the quality. Once he noticed the worms, he asked his staff to check all products in the shelf related to crisps. And offered me to replace with a good one. I consider it as a right response of the manager and there is noting to blame him but it was not enough. I informed him that i am going to raise complaint to let Almaya quality control to investigate the reason which caused a bad quality of this food in order to make sure no similar issue will take place in any of Almaya supermarkets across the country in the future. I called to head office and was redirected to customer care team. They listened me and offered to describe the issue under whatsapp which i did and asked to give me a registered number of my issue and reply me with feedback within 30 days. My request was ignored till today so I'm not sure if my complaint was received and any correction actions were taken but it gave an impression that there is no proper hot pipeline system to fix and work properly on this kind of issues related to food quality which is a critical to have in my opinion. So i lost the trust and decided to remove Almaya supermarkets from my list of super markets.

One of the best place to spend time , people are so friendly , all staff are so nice and helping nature person , availability , and accessibleituy is better than others in neighbouring area.thanks , for the gesture .....
