My Home❤ been living here for the past 2 years and love it. Large and spaciousapartments. ONLY drawback of this location is traffic but it's better than the other buildings that are further on this street. This building is surrounded by everything from supermarkets, restaurants, salons etc. Everything is walking distance.

I spent six months living in Opal Tower and the building definitely has Its good points and it’s bad points.
The Bad:
1, The traffic around the building is absolutely the pits. You have to take the last exit to Marina from SZR and during peak hour you will sit in your car forever.
2, The building is hard to find for deliveries as it’s gone through a name change. People find Al Maya on one side and Manchester on the other but miss the building. It doesn’t help that the lobby is on the side down a driveway past barriers.
3, The pool and outdoor facilities are okay though nothing to rave about
4, Parking spaces are tiny with no guest parking.
5, The intercom doesn’t work
The Good:
1, The apartments are really huge and well kept by building mgmt.
2, I was on a very high floor with Mariner views which were stunning. There are balconies off both bedrooms. A terrace off the lounge room. All visitors are amazed by the view.
3, Security were really friendly and helpful, they took good care of me whilst I stayed there.

I am a resident of Opal Tower Dubai Marina from the last 2 years and I will strongly recommend all of you out there NOT TO MOVE IN THIS BUILDING. It was a BIG mistake to renew the contract this year but at least I can warn the people. People are leaving their Garbage in the Hallway and when you go and report the authority to take the action against Culprits, they will keep quiet, despite of having cameras on every floor.... I am not really sure what they are afraid of but the quality has been degraded and if you LOVE LIVING WITH COCKROACHES then only choose this building ELSE STAW AWAY....... Seriously ITS BAD

Clean building with good maintenance and security. From time to time there is a slight sewage smell in the lobby and apts. The area itself has been choked off due to construction so getting in and out can be a lengthy process during morning and evening rush hours.

Premium location with premium services, staff & management. Parking place, the most spacious I ever seen in a Marina building. Super recommended for families

Clean building, good staff with cooperative security on the reception desk. I think a a premium place to live in. Masjid is near by and there is a bank for atm usage
