Perfect collection, exaggerated prices , stuff available in other markets is almost identical for half their prices.
But I must admit, the collection is brilliant and it covers most of the items , it certainly helps those who need ideas to furnish their homes .

We had a good experience with Aura , they have nice collection of furniture, dining ware and lighting, we get nice support from Mr Emad to arrange our delivery time for our convenience , he was very helpful , delivery and installation team was professional , fast and left the space nicely clean after them, thank you ????

your show room or Dubai mall shop service is very low level no respect for customers and not sure from prices say price and when we go to buy say another where they tell us there discount Friday and satarday and when we go to buy oh sorry mistake only FRIDAY
And when we ask to talk to Manger he didnt come to talk this in morning shift sataraday

Low quality product I bought a coffee table and in less then a year the steel finish colour started to come off and change. When I contacted Auraliving to come see the problem and they ignored me and told me it’s missed used and and no one bothered to even see it they evaluated thru photo taken by me, I only use water towel for cleaning. Very bad customer service and product I will never buy anything from them again.

Bought multiple items which were all damaged. Unfortunately we only noticed after we unpacked them.
Went back to the store and the manager kept trying to blame us for the damage.
We even offered to buy many more much higher priced items if they would just take it back and provide the credit for the new items.
The manager kept performing his little show being very rude and saying completely outrageous things about us damaging the items and putting them back in the original packaging etc.
All in all poor quality items and even worse customer service.
Just one big deception.

Low quality furniture. I bought 2 sofas before almost 10 months, the steel color finishing on the sofa legs metal start peeling off! The sofa is on the guest room so we rarely use it.
