Bad experience they will not help you and your problem. To the number 6 customer service. He is telling i cannot pay my fine and reduce my fine there in Amer because my visa is from Sharjah. I just want to ask if that is true?,,

I am very happy to see Amer and Tawjeeh center inside Reef mall, location of the both center very nice because its next to Salah Ud Din Metro Station

Pathetic service... Came for family residence visa renewal last Thursday 7.30 pm, they were closed while the working time is given till 8 at night... Came after 3 days... They don't even know the procedure it seems, sending me from one office to another, one counter to another.. At last, they said system is down... Haven't experienced such pathetic service from any of the offices in Dubai in last few years...

This place is very convenient because of Salah ud Metro station, and also no parking issues, one place with tasheel, tawjeeh, medical center and amer services
