The food was oily and not worth the price. The 4-piece chicken meal with fries and Pepsi for AED 41.00 left us unsatisfied and hungry. The small and subpar fries added to the overall disappointment. For the same amount, we could have enjoyed a more satisfying meal elsewhere. KFC did not provide good value for money in terms of portion size and taste.

I had a really bad experience with the person in charge at the counter. This is the second time it has happened to me. When I placed my order, she seemed uninterested in helping me and didn't even ask about the drink I wanted. Additionally, when I requested to add a second item to my order, she refused to accommodate it. We went there as a group, but she insisted that I could only buy for one person. Her behavior was extremely rude, and it's the first time I've encountered such treatment at KFC. I cannot recommend this place for family outings as we can't spend time here due to this kind of behavior.

Kfc used to maintain its brand always but day by day its dropping I wish they had a minus rating on Google so I can give.. staff are so slow and just taking there own time to assist half an hour for an order better then this are the small cafeteria in the streets. And why have u reduced displaying the different variety of meal available its a cheap way of marketing.

Tried KFC from the Reef Mall Outlet.
The food and ambiance was so good

Very typical with KFC's renowned very slow poor service and the products here are expensive and very overpriced.

Long Waits trying to get served and very limited display of any items available overall are generally bad experience and I wouldn't bother going here

I was very dissatisfied by the service of some lady called mercy at kfc branch reef mall. She was soo rude and with an attitude problem to us that she could not explain the menu clearly. We were lucky that someone else came to our rescue who seemed abit polite unlike her. All was nice but the service at that venue needs to be improved.

My husband and I went to KFC Reefmall branch yesterday. Around 3PM. She is a Filipino lady. Not really busy time. We were excited to have a lunch because we were very hungry, and it’s been ages we had KFC. We found a seat and ready to order, and then someone was ordering before our turn. After that, waiting the staff to approach us to order but she let us waited for 5minutes, there were 2 staff, arranging the consumables and then the staff who was in the counter went inside the preparation of the items. I was very reluctant to approach the 2 staff because they were seems busy and my husband and I decided to go and left hungry the restaurant! Atleast she tell us please wait! but she left us in the counter waiting and unattended and she didn’t say anything before she left. Im sad because she is a Filipino and writing here, I hope she will not do it again to anyone. Gladly, we had marry brown, and the staff was very accommodating.

Absolutely love their spicy fries with the cheese sauce. The fried shrimps are amazing as well. Good location too. Definitely recommend.
