Let’s break the ice. people who’s been here for years should know that waiting for a queue is not a joke. if you come late then expect you’ll be late in service also. The clerk’s are just like us, don’t act like they owe us something. by the way, process of my request for my bank statement is faster than i thought. He is informative and indeed helpful. well done ameen, thank you.

Very poor service! I came to this branch for closure of my account at 3pm and they never entertain since they are saying that no available token. I asked the manager if they can entertain my concern since I want to close my account due to some faults on their sides and never given a chance. I explained that this is the only time I have to visit due to i’m working on weekdays til 5 and they are open until 4:30 and this is the nearest bank near to my place. But she told me to visit mirdif and dubai mall. Very inconsiderate people.

I am closing my accounts due to decliend transactions even i have enough balance, withdrawn cash but not dispensed and so many more reasons!!!

Never again DIB..very poorest service in all uae banks!

Receptionist security no manners. She does'nt consider seing the customer is pregnant or what so ever. Overall branch has slow service.

Worst customer service all staff are same even ticket counter lady. But in between there is a gem guy Mr Mohammed Bari he is very Gentle and kind . Bcoz of him i am giving 3 stars.

Great customer service from Ms. Shaima and as well Mr. Bank manager i did not had the chance to ask his name as i was in a hurry. They are really trying their best to help and assist customers though there are many people waiting. My experience is very efficient.

Worst customer service in all DIB branches. Manager was very rude, all the other staff are waiting for each other to assist the customers waiting. Branch opened at 1015 and they had 36 customers waiting, only 9 were served in 2 hours!

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not met those expectations. I have been left frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism displayed by your representatives.

Additionally, I have also noticed a complete lack of time sense, with long wait times on the phone and unreasonably long processing times for simple tasks.

I urge you to take this feedback seriously and to take necessary steps to improve your customer service.

We have to wait for more than 2 hours to reach my number which was 1024 and they were serving 1007.

Even after my number reached and i was waiting staff to assist me, he was continuously talking in phone and using mobile rather than attending and giving service. I waited for more than 10 mns infront of the system.

Great location! Fantastic for family holidays. Near to the beach, restaurants and family pub.
Sheringham and Cromer close by. Highly recommended!
