The Call Center of this branch is very bad and they are very rude i was asking her question instead of assisting me she raised her sound and speak with me in a rude way and close the phone on my face and i get very disappointed from this service.
Kindly check the calls it was on 29/07 at 12:40Pm.

Very ill-mannered and ridiculous front office staff. Very unprofessional and not willing to provide any information patiently. Terribly dissatisfied with the behavior of the staff. The front office ladies are only interested in their phones, they almost yelled at me after asking an information about the documents required. The lady did even know how to apply and every time calling her subordinate after every steps. I won't recommend anyone to this center.

I had to visit the center to get my deposit released to my bank account. The refund process should be completed automatically no need to waste customer time by re-visiting the center.

The staff appear to lack coordination and a shared sense of responsibility, resulting in an uncooperative attitude towards assisting others. Furthermore, the employees seem to disregard the instructions provided by their supervisor, indicating a lack of concern for maintaining high standards of performance. As a result of these issues, the customer service offered is severely lacking, rendering it nonfunctional within the context of Dubai's competitive business landscape. Please visit some other branch...

Worst amer ever visited. They mislead always and make us sick. They don’t give proper information. Please find better amer. Also worth to be noted, spent 3k+ aed for 3 months visit visa extension with 1k refundable.
