Excellent staff and service. Rooms were very neat and clear. Also had all the necessary amenities.
We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will must revisit whenever we are travelling here.

Attended a wedding reception here. The hotel is amazing ????. Food amazingly delicious and the quality of the food was top notch.
The service of the hotel was remarkable and on point. No complaints at all.
Will definitely come back here again ❤️.

It's really a great place near all the services with a beautiful view. My wife would like to compliment also the staff for being strictly polite especially the lady who took her identification today afternoon

Just to keep the story short, my wife is pregnant. At night, bed was becoming arc maybe due to the fact that mattress was old or not good. So after 2 hours of struggle, at 2 am I called reception and asked for a mattress that we could use on floor. The person at reception told me that he will get beck to me, and he never called. We had to put comforter at floor and my wife slept on it for 5 hours and in morning she came up on bed to try sleeping again. Now you can imagine how my stay there would have been. However, for all folks, my problem was that I had a pregnant wife. So if you're not having any issue with arced mattress or non responsive staff at 2 am, the place is fairly good. I mean in regular days, I could have given them good marks. So consider this incident a one time incident and wouldn't repeat for you hopefully.
And also, there were two water bottles available in room and one of them was already opened and used a bit.

The rooms was very nice and toilets are clean and the parking area is big and The best of it all is the welcoming for the receptionist, he was very nice indian man i think his name was corea or korea finished my check in very quickly although he was busy with other guests.

The worst experience.
Dirty rooms, cleaning is horrible (some pictures added.)
Staff has no hospitality.
Noisy roomsand aisle. You can hear everything happening in next rooms.
Defective phone, was making sound by itself without lifting the speaker handle.
Roof top router has a light keeps flickering which disturb your sleep.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel. We were on a five day trip and they took care of us really well. We enjoyed every bit of the stay here.

Good place in al nahda area of dubai with decent rooms and parking. There are no bars hence this a good place for those who don't want noise disturbance from dance bars and who want a peaceful comfortable stay on business or with family. Parking is available near the hotel.The service in the ground floor restaurant is not great and has to be improved. Especially during lunch hours, you may have to wait for more than 45 min to get your food after you place the order.
