The most friendly, helpful and efficient experience I’ve had in sorting out a new visa application. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and managed expectations every step of the way. They were also kind and guided me to get the required (and missing) attestations needed to complete my visa application and later, my Emirates ID application. The 2023 experience is a quantum leap ahead of my last residency visa application experience - kudos to the team here!

Mohammad Hassan was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Very polite, smiling, welcoming, supportive and kind.
We do highly appreciate his kindness and valued assistance.
He is going extra mile with the clients and we for sure highly recommend him and will be back for any services required without any doubts.

This is one of my favorite Amer Centers in Dubai. The stuff is very professional, helpful and super friendly. They are always ready to assist with the smile and professional advice. I always bring my friends and clients to this center, where everyone is happy to assist , especially Mohammed Hassan at the reception desk.

I went to Amer Mazaya Center to do medical typing two weeks ago. I have approached one of the representatives explaining that I was at Smart Salem for visa process but system was not working, staff name was Ms Esraa Gamal who assisted me to the counter.

She informed her colleague to do the application for me but didn't inform me about the price and the options, she just assumed I want VIP service. I was given payment receipt for dhs750 and I questioned why, she said because you went to Smart Salem, everyone knows it's VIP. Well I don't know what is smart Salem I was doing this procedure for the first time. As a team leader of the Amer Mazaya branch she cannot do services for customers without informing them about the price.

So ones I told her I want to cancel it she said you have to pay it and we will do refund for you, but instead of dhs750 that I paid, I'll get dhs700 only.

My application was refunded only after 3 days, I couldn't do new typing because cancellation takes time.
A week after I received refund and guess what- it was only dhs650. I asked Ms Esraa why it's only 650, she sent me finance team response that they charged me government fees.

Do you think it's a fair situation?
I think as a team leader you should inform client about service cost prior making the transaction or at least do full refund if you made a mistake and not partial.

Very bad experience, very disappointed.
