Very impressive service. This is my first time starting a business, and I didn't have the full knowledge of the procedures of it. Mr. Mahmoud explained and simplified the procedure for me in such a way that it was very easy. He had solutions to all my concerns in a very efficient way. Very smooth and convenient process of getting my trade license in 2 days.

Had an absolute horrible experience with a single member from the team. Once the services money was paid then the account executive assigned stopped answering his phone and was extremely rude. I had a lot of questions to ask with regards to processes and his response to me was “ If you not sure about how I do things then you can find someone else to do it or take your money back. However there was some sort of redemption as Salma who is a manager there was extremely professional and kind towards me and I definitely wish I had interacted with her instead.
