I found my pair of Jeans and loved it. Only issue is the Trail room. There are 2 rooms but only 1 is available. I didn't noticed any rude attitude by staff. Whenever asked them, they helped smiling. Thanks ????

I don’t understand, your response promises improvement but unfortunately from what I see from almost all reviewers are negative feedback on this particular store at Dubai Festival city Mall, but nothing is done about. If it was me, I would really fire all the staff and replace them with a professional ones who really cares about the name of this brand and it’s image. Once again shame on you…..

I have ordered from their website several times, where all my orders have been mostly cancelled. Their website is probably the most inefficient site you would ever use and they don’t update their inventory available. Their website is such a scam because you may think you got a good deal, but in reality give it a day or two and they’ll cancel your order. I am so done ordering from them and I would recommend you to not waste your time scrolling through their fake deals. Got one of my orders cancelled today, they also say that they’ll give you a discount code in return which never comes by. Scam, scam and scam. Be careful!

Didn't find summer collection. Only winter however we are in August in Dubai. Successfully found jeans at the end but waited 20 minutes to pay although there were only 2 ij the queue.

Total disappointment with with world wide leading brand in this brunch. I saw a workout trouser size xs , therefore I went to the Philippine lady with a ponytail at the cashier and asked her if she can check in the system are there s or m sizes available, she told me that their system doesn’t work like that and she can’t check it in the system, OKEY… Than I asked her if she can check in the store she said ok but I know she didn’t and she came back with a total different type of trouser to tell me we have only this one. I was upset but I told myself I should just let it go. However after few minutes I found the M size of the same trousers and went to her, I told her that she failed me in costumer services and she lied to me. She said sorry etc but to my surprise right after the incident she was telling other costumer the item size she was looking is available in other outlet as per the system. What is going on here ? Why the double standard treatment? I’m so sad to dealt this way. Not yet over, when I was done with my shopping and when I wanted to pay, she called a male costumer rep to check me out. She doesn’t know me and I don’t know her, , still very much dawn, I have never felt disrespected this way across the UAE or anywhere in the world. Today 5-22-2022 at 14:22hrs I checkout from the cashier.

This store is always deceiving. They hang items under large banners as if they are all on sale (most of the store is on sale!) and things are mixed together and you get to register to pay and it is full price. They always blame it on reorganizing. Another woman was in front of me with the same issue. It has happened to me a few times now.

Chaos. Closed the trial rooms citing “health and safety” but the store is overfilled with people.
