This is a really huge H&M store. Here you can find everything at a good price and a lot of discounted items. I just bought some nice shoes.

I wouldnt even choose one start if i had a choice. i was Tourist visiting from Europe. Considering this is Swedish chain i have expected good but had horrible experience and came to know this is pretty common for this particular branch but i would draw Owners of H&M attention towards it as i am sharing my experience which resulting in loosing your customer including meself unless ofc you dont care. I accidently took 'trying out shirt' value of which is very low and H&M called police and accused me of theft. it was a real life Joke to me but on top of that when i contacted their legal team/main office they didnt entertained me and instead said they would put a case on me for that item's theft. sounded to me they are scamming people to get Money. real disgrace to H&M they are causing. i am never in my life going back to that shop or anyother H&M in the world.

Every time we shop at this time, I always end up buying a lot.. the atmosphere of the store is really good and the staffs are also nice!

The careless customer agent did scan a shirt worth 85 dirhams twice and dropped the receipt in the bag. As we checked after him we noticed an item had been scanned twice and asked him to clarify. He wasnt bothered much and told us he will reimburse the amount into our account within two weeks as it was his mistake. That is truely unprofessional.

It was not a very good experience visiting this store. I came to the section with unizex micky mouse collection and I was looking at clothes and shoes and the Filipina lady, I am assuming is a merchandiser kept following me. I was checking out a shoes for my baby and she garbbed it and she put it back on the shelf and she asked if we could leave because they will take a picture of the display!!! It was 4pm u should do that during non-operational hours!!! That was very RUDE! Such a horrible customer service you guys have there! What and awful experience!

Very slow staff that don't know how to utilise their offers. Wasted 20min in front of cashier and they weren't able to sort out the offers

Ridiculous firm, ordered with a guaranteed delivery date, 3 weeks later no goods arrived. Kept being thrown from pillar to post with numerous excuses, ended up cancelling my order, waited 5 working days for refund still nothing. Rang customer services and was told there is a BACKLOG with returns and cancelled orders so will be processed within the next 3-5 working days.
Will never use again.
Although, i dont blame the staff at this particular branch, they were as helpful as could be. Just the firm in general is a shambles.

Purchased my new decking from Jewson Keighley and in these times of social distancing everything was done over the phone.
The phone was answered quickly and the staff were very helpful.
Fantastic service highly recommended.

Brilliant service! Always friendly and ready to give advice. Even risked delivering my items during the heavy snow. Can't fault them.

Need to improve their customer service skills. It felt like I was an inconvenience to be served, questions about the products were met with blank expressions and indifferent answers. Not very friendly or helpful. Prefer Travis Perkins.

The service manager can come across very rude and has no customer satisfaction skills whatsoever in keighley. I can say I wouldn't be returning to this company again.

Waiting for a promised first drop delivery which hasn't arrived, this is a second time this has happened. Told we would be first delivery and now told there is no record of this!
