My wife, Goddaughter and I, always love Cinnabon and we're always amazed by the freshness and the same amazing taste even in different branches.
This time we went to relax after shopping from Ikea and Carrefour in Dubai Festival City, a great location and cozy chairs.
The crew are friendly and helpful!

One of my favorite Cinnabon locations!! all the flavors are always available and fresh. The staff is super friendly and professional here. My favorite location for sure!

I always love Cinnabon anywhere and everywhere the same amazing taste that will blow your mind with multiple choices of toppings however I always go with the classic one ..
The festival city branch is nice and cozy, the location inside the mall is very nice however it’s far from the foodcourt but if you going for shopping in carrefour or Ikea will be the best place to take a rest and have some fabulous dessert..
The beverage is the only problem they have to work on it, the cold chocolate shake was not that nice it needs more ice-cream and chocolate sauce that will make the taste more rich and up to the brand name ..
The hot beverage is also not very nice they need to change the coffee beans brand and roasted more for the coffee person it will make a big deference ..
It will be very annoying to have a coffee another place.
After all it desert place not a coffee shop but would be way better if they have nice beverages so will have everything in one place ..
And don’t forget if you’re in rush get some bites to go I always used to have on my way if I’m in a hurry..

The place is well organised and spacious and you feel safe with the distance between tables and the dividers. We got two hot drinks cappuccino and cafe latte and 2 cinnabon one choco and one original which was on combo offer for 45 dirhams. The service was great and friendly. The overall experience was better than the other outlets I have been to. Its right outside the Carrefour and opposite to ikea so after a long shopping spree it's a good place to give your heels some time to cool and your taste buds to indulge.

My family tried the classic and peccabon flavours today.they’re as awesome as the chocolate flavoured. once you go near the store the aroma of fresh and hot Cinnabon invites you to devour some????

Cinnabon is one of the best and tastiest desserts that you can have.
It is best to eat it with black coffee or tea as it is already sweet. Although you can still have it with whatever drink you want.
