Very understaffed. Only 2 employees working and they don’t have enough time to manage the floor, cashier and wrap the gifts. The first time I bought from there and asked them to gift wrap it they asked me to come back after 1 hour to collect it. After 1hr I came back and it was still unwrapped. The second time I bought from there it was the same. The employees were not able to manage everything at the same time and a lot of customers were complaining. They were not able to refund something for a customer because they said the manager is not there. How is that the problem of the customer? And the gift wrapping skills need a lot of improvement especially since the dolls are very expensive.

A very expensive shop packed with retro style dolls and accessories for young ladies. You van éven have the dolls hair made in different styles and have their ears drilled for earriggs. Even the toy piano is real.

Store is now closed. It was a good place we visited many times. It is a sad causality of the COVID pandemic.

We visited the mall of emirates on 25th Sep 2020 and we were told by the information desk that the store has shutdown permanently.
