I'm a regular client and I was disappointed with the rude staff when I visited Ralph Lauren section in THAT store mall of the Emirates ,I said good evening ,they didn't care about me.. No welcome, they don't care,they keep talking to each others 2 guys and watching me helping myself and looking for my size. If it happened in a normal shop I don't care,but I. Ralph Lauren store, it's shameful . I'll never visit them again, I'll buy from abroad.

im extreme disappointment with the quality of clothing at the Polo Ralph Lauren store in Mall of the Emirates. I have always been a loyal customer of the brand and have come to expect high-quality products. However, my recent visit to the store has left me feeling let down and disappointed.

I went to the store to purchase underwear and was shocked to find that the quality of the product was not up to the standard that I had come to expect from Polo Ralph Lauren. The cotton used in the underwear was of poor quality and within just one month of purchasing, they had torn in the same area. The stitching was also of poor quality and the underwear did not hold up to regular wear and tear.

This experience has left me questioning the brand's commitment to quality and has made me question whether Polo has lost its touch. It is disheartening to see such a well-known and respected brand falling short in this regard. The quality of the product is far from what one expect from a premium brand, and it is a shame to see them going down with such poor quality clothes.

I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase at this store, as it is a waste of money to invest in such low-quality clothing. I hope that Polo Ralph Lauren will take steps to improve the quality of their products and regain the trust of their loyal customers

Be Careful: they will not give cash refund. Disgusting behaviour from such a big chain. I bought an item, it didn’t fit. I returned it 2 days later, to be told no refund, only exchange. Shame to see such a big brand provide such shameless service to consumers. Store managers Charlie and Ahamad were extremely rude to my 65 year old mother. I hope that senior management can address the clear leadership issues they have in the mall of the emirates boutique.

The manager of the Ralph Lauren store in the Mall of Emirates Said that “ he couldn’t show me the bag from the window if i am not going to buy it” in a very condescending and dismissive way. Very rude and unprofessional approach that no one deserves as a costumer or as a human.

Considering I'm a regular customer of Ralph Lauren, I decided to visit the MOE branch for the first time as I usually go to Dubai Mall.
I've never been treated so rudely, this has been the worst customer service I've ever received. When speaking with staff I asked for the price of a pair of shoes that id seen online, when i asked why they are cheaper online with other stores i got the comment back ''good for you, go buy them there'' and then turned his back on me.

I will no longer shop with Ralph Lauren.

bought a faulty ralph lauren polo shirt two months ago. i finally was able with my disability to come back to the store to return it. (i emailed online but even tho i have limited mobility they said i had to go to the store) all i wanted was the top to be replaced and i also wanted to buy more clothes while i was there. He told me he couldn’t help me. i was dressed head to toe in ralph lauren, i’m clearly a great customer. absolutely disgusted

First off, I’d like to mention Aleksandro. One of the gentlemen working there. Awesome fashion taste, very sweet and most of all knowledgable and patient. I commend him, and he made my visit excellent. Another gentleman, Mahmoud was welcoming and very kind. They both made my day. The store itself is really nice, with a lot of stylish pieces and a great sale currently. (40% off for a couple of my shirts)

Very unkind and worst staffs in Dubai mall . I’ve never seen such a terrible service in Dubai mall. Very shocked. Best designer ? Worst service staffs in Dubai mall . Please inform them of changing their attitude. Even though many products weren’t made in Europe.
I never pay for such a worst service.
