I went to the store to purchase underwear and was shocked to find that the quality of the product was not up to the standard that I had come to expect from Polo Ralph Lauren. The cotton used in the underwear was of poor quality and within just one month of purchasing, they had torn in the same area. The stitching was also of poor quality and the underwear did not hold up to regular wear and tear.
This experience has left me questioning the brand's commitment to quality and has made me question whether Polo has lost its touch. It is disheartening to see such a well-known and respected brand falling short in this regard. The quality of the product is far from what one expect from a premium brand, and it is a shame to see them going down with such poor quality clothes.
I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase at this store, as it is a waste of money to invest in such low-quality clothing. I hope that Polo Ralph Lauren will take steps to improve the quality of their products and regain the trust of their loyal customers

I've never been treated so rudely, this has been the worst customer service I've ever received. When speaking with staff I asked for the price of a pair of shoes that id seen online, when i asked why they are cheaper online with other stores i got the comment back ''good for you, go buy them there'' and then turned his back on me.
I will no longer shop with Ralph Lauren.
