I purchased hiking boots and to my shock, they tore apart in three months. Brand new boots, and the sole started to wear off. I reached out to Customer Service and they said to resolve it for me but I haven't heard anything. They asked for my contact details and it's been over a week, no one got back with any update. I have hikes every weekend but cannot wear the boots as its utterly embarrassing to wear torn boots. Can someone resolve this matter?? How could three months old boots start to tear???

I had the worst experience in this store. The customer service was horrible. The staff were so rude. They were nice when tried to sell, but when we had a problem and had to return my jacket they changed radically.
I got a jacket 5 days ago and decided to bring it back ( on the receipt it says that i can return the jacket within 7 days). Usually it’s such a normal procedure and I don’t have problems with it. But this time i had to argue with the girls from Philippines because they did not want to help me. I could not return but after several minutes of pointless argument they told me that i can exchange it. We remained nice till the end and they did not even talk to us , not saying goodbye, sorry for that.

A lovely village and plenty of places to have a nice walk. Locals are very nice and friendly. It's a perfect place to visit for a relaxing day, but it can be busy sometimes.

What a stunningly beautiful place. Go and see Ellen's House for amazing lemon drizzle cake, and next door for an ice cream. 2 very lovely and friendly ladies.
Sat and had a nice cold beer outside the Castle Inn, and had a walk around the lovely grounds of the Manor House.

A stunning village to walk around and explore, coupled with splendid gardens, houses, and cemeteries. Castle Combe itself is incredibly small so walking around will be an absolute breeze - but finding the area is incredibly secluded. The cottages have been taken straight from a fairytale, really beautiful area! Nearby you’ll find the The Manor House Hotel and The Giant Sequoia which is a lovely area to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea on a sunny day. The area itself is very quiet so so be considerate of locals but enjoy the silence! Castle Combe is probably one of the prettiest villages I have seen for a while, I’ll definitely be making a return in the near future!

The village never disappoints especially when the sun is shining on the cottages in the main square and down by the brook. Been coming to the village for many years and the area has a timeless quality. Always worth a visit.

What a beautiful village, I think it’s the most beautiful one in our trip to Cotswolds.
So magical. We were lucky for a sunny day.
I definitely recommend to visit.

Small town, with lovely houses, church, cemetery, pub, and a local selling an assortiment of cakes. There is even a bus stop, but not very frequent (4x a day). The hotel is also beautiful but a bit dominant. Great walking track (12km).

Quaint little English village, absolutely loads of tourists. Was tipping down when I visited but even on a wet windy day it’s a beautiful place. There is a couple of pubs and somewhere to get a coffee, and also a tiny gift shop.
Its got a car park right at the top of the village, it’s a 5 min walk down to the centre of the village.
