My husband bought sunglasses although the staff were very unhelpful and didn't know what they have in the store when I asked!
He didn't even know where they put (the giving movement clothes) in addition the music they put had curse ???? and in appropriate words and our 7 year old was with us!!
Two of the staff member were laughing and looking at us at one point not sure why... maybe making fun of us for buying from such an unprofessional place!!
We went there on June 19th 2022..

1) Drips are hard ( massive styling and limited collection )
2) ambiance lit ( music , smell , decoration)
3) staff - best of the best .. customer service to the extreme ( literally they become ur friends) what a service
4) obay : my favorite brand ( they live 1988 )

Reasons of why this is my favorite store in dubai mall hands down

They have new specialty coffee just opened 6 days ago in 2nd floor of Fashion Avenue - The Dubai Mall, World Coffee Bar part of the AW Al Rostamani Lifestyle LCC. Very nice design of coffeeshop, they're served 5 single origins and 1 decaf. Recommended coffeeshop to visit in Fashion Avenue - The Dubai Mall.

Loved the experience and the variety of options.

The vibe is nice and there was a very nice employee named angel who went the extra mile into helping me find the last of the product I was trying to buy. She was running around the back and checking the counter and in places it shouldn’t have been in case it was misplaced, and she ended up finding the last one which was very helpful but I don’t recommend coming here because it’s so overpriced a shoe that’s 300 retail and 400 - 500 resale was 1.6 K at the store which is outrageous

One of the worst experiences in any store I’ve shopped from in the UAE. They have no flexibility whatsoever in the their policy. Everything in the store is extremely overpriced. The markup on their shoes is almost AED2,000 on all of their shoes. Staff was inexperienced, rude and entitled for no apparent reason. If you literally want to burn cash, and not get it back please do go here. One of the only shops I’ve ever seen that have a ‘No-Refund’ policy, even if you pay in cold hard cash. They wasted my time, were unhelpful and over just a disgusting experience. Now I’m forced to over-priced products that I have no interest in, because they don’t want to issue a refund. Unsatisfactory, Inferior and Poor store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Rip off store.
3 times the market price.
Bought something by complete mistake, and they wouldn't give a refund after 10 mins.
