I’m truly appalled by the disgraceful and unwelcoming attitude of the staff at this so called luxury brand. After we got past the security team who was far from being polite about letting us in all we encountered was a bunch of callous staff indulged in their chores and couldn’t care less about their guests. The brand and it’s people certainly didn’t live upto its expectations. Dear Van Cleef you have successfully managed lose a customer with this attribute of yours. Never stepping in again.

Absolute worst experience in a jewelry store, much less a high brand. I came to dubai on vacation and was interested to purchase some items from the store, however as a non native of UAE, it required more steps to be completed. as everything was completed things were well and we received a message saying the transfer was complete, which wasn’t actually true. then i went to the store to pick up my jewelry and was told that the transfer was not completed yet. they told me they’d call me after they check with their finance team, after they did i told them i’d come to talk to them face to face to see what the situation was, as i walked in, a lady working there came up and rudely told us that they’re gonna refund me and didn’t bother speaking to us about anything and telling us to leave. this was absolutely out of line and unprofessional. I do not recommend purchasing here if you’re an international customer.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, they do not care about their clients what so ever. The personal in the store assured me that I would receive my piece in the following days so I made a full payment, after that not a single person in the store replied back to my calls or messages. Van Cleef should consider hiring all new staff.

So terrible and worst customer service. All stuff are unprofessional attitude. They just asked clients have a sheet but after no one came for follow up. Even I asked how long takes time but their answer was “ I don’t know”!!
I have ever encountered, they do not care about their clients what so ever.

A brilliant service from start to finish. I was swaying towards a VW Transporter however the competitive deal and professional, genuine sales team changed my mind very quickly. Many thanks to Kevin for all your help, even replying to emails on a bank holiday. Satisfied proud owner of a shiny new Transit Custom.

Hendy ford Eastleigh provided me with one of the best purchasing experiences. They were able to clearly answer all my questions regarding the car. They were able to do me a very competitive deal in comparison to other dealers. They had a turnaround for my car in under 2 weeks even though the car was not in their store and we had the second lockdown looming over our heads. Finally, I have already received a great level of aftercare even though we are now in lockdown. Would recommend to friends and family 10/10.

Bought a used Ford Focus Active X. Miles Bingham sales representative extremely professional and pulled all the stops out to ensure a smooth worry free purchase.

Pleased my extremely hard to please wife. After the purchase Miles took his time explaining how things worked. The guy really went the extra mile through the whole sales process. If I could give ten stars I would! Cars lovely as well.

I have just bought a new transit with Daniel Austin and Hendy Ford. The experience was a real pleasure in these difficult times - we drive BMW and Mercedes cars, they could learn a thing or two about customer service!

Booked my car into Hendys Eastleigh for service and MOT, they did the service before the MOT!! and only told me that my car failed the MOT due to front brake pads worn down even though they knew they needed done before the MOT
I felt I had no choice but to spent an extra £150 to get new pads put on and have them retest it and it passed then but on pricing around after found that I was being over charged.
Communication was not I felt totally truthful in what they were telling me and I definitely feel that they add quite a bit extra on to try and increase the bill. I have given one star for the
lady in the office who did try to help me in a polite manner and the second star for being able to pay my £500 bill for all of this stress over four interest free payments
