I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to do such was the experience at Dior flagship store in Dubai Mall. I visited the store this evening with my young children to purchase a mens ring. On entering the store we were asked to goto Menswear upstairs for the rings. On reaching there we were told that was incorrect and that we need to go downstairs again?! She kindly arranged for us to use the private lift to go downstairs.

Once downstairs we asked to see the rings. The member of staff who served me was uninterested from that point onwards?! He had no product knowledge and made no effort to find out and to answer basic questions. Regardless I said I will purchase the ring and he disappeared again. I was left sitting for over 20mins and ended up walking away. I returned to the store wanting to speak to a manager and was advised they had finished for the day?! I assume Saturday evening is peak time at the store yet there was no manager or a senior member of staff I could make a complaint to?!

Looking at the reviews for the store on Google and Facebook I am not the only one who has had such a negative experience there!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Becky who provided exceptional service when I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend. Becky was extremely professional, discreet and didn't once try to push me to buy anything. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift and made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and their amazing staff, especially Becky. Thank you for making my shopping experience a memorable one!

The staff for this shop put in every effort to make you regret stepping in this shop! I went there to exchange a gift and was treated with ignorance, rudeness, and utmost incompetency.
Such ruins for Dior’s brand image, in an otherwise one stop destination for spectacular customer service, “Dubai”.
I highly suggest you do not ruin your day or shopping experience and skip this store for Dior at bloomingsdale where you will be treated with respect and leave with a smile.

Employees are helpful and friendly, but I want to highlight the business process issue: every time my wife buys anything here, it takes the staff a whole hour to find/bring the item and pack it. I do not think it is normal, especially for the premium brand.

Bought a Dior bag from here and had to travel the same day. They forgot to give an authenticity card and a dust bag with the bag. Had to have the Dior store in my home country fix their mistakes. I won't come here to buy anything again

I am writing this feedback only to praise their customer service and the attitude of their staff. I was served by Aiana, and she gave such a great welcoming attitude and was patient and polite while I was looking for a bag. I applaud for their staff and training.

I went into the dior boutique to purchase earrings. I found something and asked for the price, the sales lady was dismissive and just looked at her phone and quoted me a price. I then proceeded to tell her I want to buy it. She is ok and looked nervous and went inside. She came out with another lady and kept looking at her phone. I asked her what the problem was and she was saying just a minute, this is something I’m doing you won’t understand. Then she went inside again and came out with the manager Anastasia and said oh sorry we gave your the wrong price! I didn’t understand and the lady was like oh I gave you a price for something similar. Basically she judged me and thought I wasn’t gonna buy! I was in dior dubai mall 2018 and bought a $3000.00 and I had no issues. This lady was very rude and the manager was it not great either. Very disappointing experience!
