It is a real scam. GUESTA customer service is renting out. They give No service, They hide behind a phone.
The apartments are dirty, torn and Low standard.
I came With my family to a 110m2 apartment (Aparment 606 South Residences) rented at booking.com. Upon arrival the apartment was so dirty and torn that put an immediate complaint to the guy ”managing” the apartment, But according to him, not responsible for the complaints. The apartment is not the same as the pictures, and is around 20m2 smaller.
I requested to get in touch With a responsible person immediately.
The only one I get to speak to is GUESTA customer service - I get automated messages, your dates are not flexible etc.
I try through booking. Booking gives me the same answers, and They tell me through booking that I shall cooperate and not threaten them. I threatened to give bad reviews.
2 days later a cleaning company comes.
They turn the apartment upside down, it smells very strong of disinfectants, everything is wet when we arrive back home with our kids and are going to sleep.
I asked them to give me the money back for the remaining days so we can go somewhere else. They refused. They offered no compensation. Basically just ignored me.
Don’t ever go here. I spent hours of my vacation to try to solve the problem, bad mood, sad family. It is not worth it to go here!
