Upon arriving, we were informed that advance booking was recommended, but the accommodating staff managed to find a way to fit us in. They went above and beyond to ensure we could enjoy the afternoon tea, even extending the serving time to accommodate our wait for about an hour while the tea preparation was underway. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate made us feel valued as guests right from the start.
The entire staff at The Lotus Lounge was incredibly friendly, but there was one team member from Bali who stood out with their warm hospitality. Their attentiveness and genuine smiles added a touch of warmth to the already inviting ambiance of the place.

The food options were nice and there was enough for us all with a good variety.
The room itself was nice, with good beach views but it was too warm with a lack of AC, and the staff a little reluctant to rotate an cooler unit from an empty area, to help cool the area we were in.
We didn’t receive the service expected in a 5* establishment and would suggest to try other options on the palm.

Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere wanted to sit for ever. Staff is clueless. Needs training on how to serve. No strayed with beverages. Beverages placed in one spot rather that putting in front of each guest. The Nachos were of very cheap quality and tasted like nothing. The pizza again vey average. What surprised me was lack of taste and quality. The scones however were SUPERB & the mini desserts were nice too.
