Solid customer service but very locked down selection. You can't even do typing tests on the keyboards to figure out whether they're good or not.

Side note: this has INCREDIBLE views of the fountains and the Souq. Honestly the 4 stars are because of this

Spacious and beautifully decorated branch. It has what you need from Apple products as well as the mainlands center- the view in the fountain is a magnificent bonus. Coffee is missing ????

An amazing Apple Store overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains in Dubai Mall. The customer service was exceptional as expected in any Apple Store. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the store was great as well. I love how in almost every Apple Store they manage to create this feel good ambiance that makes people feel calm and chill. You can easily see why Apple products are pricey, they value quality over quantity and this store is proof of their top tier craftsmanship.

Philipe , Getahun were helpful in deciding AirPods , and 14 pro max , always excellent team ,this Apple Store will do price match to the tune of 10% only , and 5 % co-operate discount , hope it helps , it’s always better to buy from Apple Store ,

This Apple Store has one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa and is easy to look for in Dubai Mall.
The employees are helpful and knowledgeable of the products.
Great seating areas to test the products that you are looking for.
It’s a must visit place if you are an Apple fan to learn more of the Apple products.

Whew. Was truly excited to experience buying at an Apple Store. Sadly, it turned into truly disappointing.

Made a réservation at 1145 am thinking someone will at least welcome me into the store but there wasnt.

Meandered around the store to get a feel. Looks good, they have a nice view of the fountains but it feels shallow and empty since they are there to sell products and not the view, right ?

Hovering now over at one of the tables where they display the products, not one has approached me or even said 'hello' (ironic since you get that greeting everytime you turn on their products for the first time ).

Tsk. Feels like looks matter to the employees of the store. Not dressing fancy will not merit you any attention. So I guess Id have to wear designer clothes here then.

Online shopping is the way to go then, at least you dont get judged.
