Arabian Oud is a perfume shop with an incredible selection of the world's finest oud fragrances. Mohamed El Maanawy's exceptional service and in-depth knowledge of oud made it easy for me to find the perfect fragrance. OUD perfume is the 1st thing you gonna try to buy in dubai , everywhere you goona feel this small that make you feel that you want it more and more hahaha, just dont buy it from this mall , go to oasis center o oasis mall there are better and chepeast

I was totally disappointed with the staff’s behaviour today evening (17March2023) when I visited the Sheik Zayed Road outlet. So much of attitude and arrogance. I happily took a friend there to buy her a gift. We left the place in such a disappointment.

Absolutely fake ouds from this brand. Just spent three digit amount on buying tarteel oud and realised it's a fake oud, disappears literally within 1 minute. Went back to tell them about this but attitude of the lady there literally changed after making false promises when she were selling it to me, she refused to even talk to me. Avoid Arabian Oud dodgy brand at all costs.

Romani Wadid gave us excellent service. He showed is an array of perfumes depending on what we liked. Not once was he pushy. He was patient and ensured we had a good time while in the store. My advice, avoid the perfume souks and go to dubai mall Arabian oud, you still get great offers! Madawi oud can be found here. (Very popular, long lasting oud with amazing packaging! Perfect for a present)

The unfriendly manager at the cashier was bad and gave us a wrong information about the tax refund so that we couldn't get it at the airport.
