Decided to try the twix dessert after seeing it advertised on the main roads of Dubai. It was a waste of time and calories!! Nothing about it worked and the twix actually tasted stale!!

Workers refused to give a simple brownie and a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream when I have been to other baskin robins in Dubai they have given this to me with no problem. Next time I come back o this bad job robins I will show them my review and all the other bad reviews

i hope if the owner pay attention to how the workers treat ppl.
today i was in the queue waiting for my turn to order. Anil ( the worker ) ignored me and served another customer not even standing in line.
i told him u saw me waiting and ignored me!!!
he rolled his eyes and said ok sorry
such a rude person.

Suresh in Baskin Robbins should be fired. He has no way of speaking to customers and is a waste of human resource at such an esteemed organization. He is from Nepal and when asked about his manager, denied and said he’s in charge. He then proceeded to be rude with other customers as well. He drove away people. If BR doesn’t want to serve people well, I suggest they keep Suresh at the kiosk.

Baskin Robbins at The Dubai Mall, very good shop, offering high quality of the most famous ice cream brand, very delicious ice cream and sweets, the services very good, very welcoming staff, the quality and delicious ice cream prices so fair, and I love all flavors and packaging as well

the outlet is next to all spicy restaurants. a minute away from heaven.
Tasty and lovely is the word.
Try all time fav. Vanilla and their lovely Pralines and Cream
