It's just opposite the food court escalator from the basement parking lot.
Between #160 and #161 grapes parking. Just take the first left after entering the basement parking (parking that google maps leads you), you should see it on the left, opposite to the food court entrance.

Worst Shipping company its saying 24 hour support its a lie

plus the guy called for collection i said ok after couple of hours receive an email "Aramex Collection Rescheduled" "
Rescheduling Reason Shipment was not ready at the customer end"

Cause the other day they came and did the work fast

The option is poor as there is no option where you can talk directly to their customer service support and our shipment has not been delivered to the recipient more than a month yet we haven't received any notification. In any case whether it was delivered successfully or not they should at least inform the sender immediately.

Extremely convenient. Take the entrance near the mosque and look for parking under the food court. You can't miss the Aramex Locker. Lots of parking and no rush or delays waiting for the courier man. Pick it up at your own time.

Shop and Ship service is decent but this locker system makes me think twice of ever ordering anything again. Multiple technical issues with the lockers including codes not working, the QR code only scanning 10% of the time and archaic locker storage. Customer service representatives are rude and are quick to blame customers for Aramex's own faults. They're lucky they're an essential service because if there was ab shipping competition, they wouldn't survive a month.

They were not able to deliver on time, I told em for two days delivery it after 6 but still they would need me to be on call to confirm before bringing, so I went on my own there and it was pretty easy to receive.
