Amazing indoor attraction for the kids - for 4 and above. We have celebrated my daughter’s birthday in there - fantastic team, super organized, the host - Michael is great, very kind and so attentive to the kids. Totally worth of money - recommend for kids and birthday parties.

Best place to celebrate birthday. The kids enjoyed and didn't want to leave. The food was perfect and the setup was beyond expectations. Special thanks to the manager Asaad and the hostess Honelyn.

Jump Boxx at Uptown Mirdif is a great place for kids to enjoy and spend some time. The facility is divided into two sections, with one for kids under 5 years old and a separate section for kids above 5 years old. The soft play area for younger kids is perfect for them to play and have fun, while the trampoline area for older kids provides a great experience. The trampoline section has various activities, such as volleyball, running, jumping, and team trampoline, which makes it a great place for kids to have fun and stay active. 1 hour is enough time for kids to play and tire themselves out, making it a good length of time for a visit.

However, one negative aspect of the facility is that they charge an unnecessary entry fee of 19 DHS for parents, which can be a bit of a drawback. Additionally, the voucher they give for the cafeteria is overpriced for its quality, which may not be ideal for those who are looking to save money.

Overall, Jump Boxx at Uptown Mirdif is a great place for kids to play and have fun. The trampoline section is particularly enjoyable, providing a great experience for kids above 5 years old. Attended a birthday party here on the 17th of June. The place was very good but very crowded.
There were 2 or 3 more birthday parties going on. Staff were very friendly and guided everyone politely.
The trampoline and other jumping games seemed to be. There was always a staff guiding the kids in groups and they were having real fun.
My son is 2 so he had access only to the soft play area, which was really crowded. There were like more than 10-15 kids in that small area.
A good place to take kids to. Maybe weekdays would be less busy. Will try out one time.

A nice place for kids at a reasonable price.
But the cafe inside the premises charges unreasonably high prices.
If they charge reasonably they can increase the volume of their sales and overall profit.

Beautiful experience, kids enjoyed.
Affordable price in offer day. Even paid adults stay in café for waiting the kids till finish, good idea. I used the voucher to treat the kids

It was amazing experience I choose them for my son birthday everything was amazing team . Cleaning is best , play area for kids nice ,cafeteria food yummy . Me ,my kids,my guest everyone was happy .

You get what you pay for. This could be run better if the people in charge of the place does their job. Especially in the under 5 soft play area, there is just no one to control the chaos. The gates are unmanned and ladies in charge are on their phone or just not there. Kids above 5 jump in and get aggressive and noone stops them unless someone complains. Food is not allowed inside the soft area but noone controls that either. Rules are meant to be followed for safety and hygiene reasons but not in this place. Its cheap and thats about it. If you want a place to dump kids, go for it but if you care about the safety and good management that you expect around lil ones, look elsewhere.
