I would give it zero if I can!! Ordered through burger king website (NOT TALABAT becauae burger king through talabat is ALWAYS LATE!!) order @ 8:19 pm with a promise of delivery between 40-50mints!! 9:40 it showed the order is delivered and I still didn’t receive. Lying to keep their KPI high I think. I called them and they said it’s on the way and no apology or compensation for all this delay! Finally arrived at 10:00 PM!! Waaaaay beyond their 40-50 mints promised delivery period. Both sandwiches were saggy and cold! And to top I got food poisned!!! I really hope they read this and get back to me!!

I had a very bad experience with employee "Ast** Rij**".
She gave me the soft drink like 70% of the cup, I asked her to make it full, she make it purposely extra full for the same cup. And did nothing for the other two cups.

Also Chicken Crispy meal sandwich is very small and normal cafeteria will make it better in half price.

I will not visit this branch again.

i paid for crispy chicken, like the one on the picture and i get a patty like the cafeteria ones. and i was told by the people there this is all they have to serve. and sorry for the picture. and they will inform the marketing team itseems, seriously ????

The worry burger ???? king ever
Cold food
Late on making the food for 12 minutes
The cheeses on the burgers were cold & not melted like the pics
Never ???????? coming back
Not recommend at all

Burger King in general is the worst fast food restaurant. Always, there is a delay more than hour for delivering food. Their customer ser ice is very pooooor and they don't even k ow the alphabet of how to deal with customers. They deliver food cold and untasty. Am putting my review after giving them several chances and after several complaints. Summary, if you are hungry don't order from BURGER KING or die from hunger.

Am waiting for more than 1 and a half hour while they said 40 minuets, and I’ve already paid online so I can’t cancel it. and till the time of writing this review my order didn’t arrive, and am sure it will arrive cold. This is the last time I order from Burger King. I’ve been in Dubai for 4 years and this is my worst experience ever with a restaurant in Dubai.
